Someone Tagged The Lafayette Bowl

Yes, that's correct. Some ungrateful kids have already tagged the bowl. And they didn't just do a few tags... there were 21 big tags total. Some of the things they tagged were a pentagram, slipknot, and ICP amongst other stupid things. Alex Nunez has pictures on his digital camera but I don't have them. Fortunately, Roy Harrison (same guy putting on the Mardi Gras jam), Alex Nunez, and Shannon May literally spent ALL DAY doing their best to remove the graffiti with chemicals and a pressure washer and they got about 95% of it off. You can't paint over graffiti (even though Hammond did) because it makes the surface slippery. So when you go to the jam, bring a case of Budweiser for those guys because they put in a ton of work to try and keep the bowl looking nice.

ALSO, THERE IS A REWARD FOR ANYONE WITH INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST OF THE KIDS THAT TAGGED THE BOWL. So spread the word.

Shit, there were totally some dudes there last night that showed up during our session, so we cut it short because they weren't legit at all. But they did stay after we left. I didn't think anything about it, or even consider anyone tagging the bowl. They were some shady fuckers though, and definitely looked like they liked slipknot and ICP. I will do some covert-op shit, like next time I see them out there, mention something about wanting to tag the bowl, and see if they confess up to it. They didn't look very bright.

dude, i am not even going to lie... me and shredows went to the bowl tonight, and holy shit am I pissed. I wish they would have left all of the graffiti that whoever did. That shit was fucking tight, I want to find out who it it, and get them to graffiti my walls in my room. fuck my parents, I'm a REBEL!
