Craziest wheels you will ever see

Some of you may remember Chris Hunter from a few years back. He came to Baton Rouge to work at Maas Specialties a few years ago. His time in BR was relatively short but he made quite an impact. Chris was one of the people behind the quickcrete lip downtown, and he also organized a roadtrip to Houston with Jackson and BR locals which may be cited as the start of Savage South.

What does all this have to do with Louisiana BMX? Chris works for a company called Industry Nine, and for those of you who haven't heard of I9 here's a little insight. They make some of the craziest wheels you will ever see on a bike. They have made mountain bike hubs for quite some time now, but have stayed away from the BMX market. Not anymore. Chris just emailed me the specs on their Afterburner wheelset. Be prepared to drool.

Industry Nine Afterburner BMX set
32 hole Sunn Rhynolite or Velocity rim 1.75
7075 hubshell and spokes .110 dia
7068 cassette body (14 tooth wide body aluminum cog is as low a gear that can be run, no thin steel or ti cogs can be used) check out Endless Cog for gears.
Colors of hubs are red and black, spoke color is your choice.
