X-PLEX and some NOLA news

Ok, i just got back from Austin, TX with my girlfriend were i stopped by Empire and picked up some new stuff for my bicycle to get me all pumped up on riding again. stoked! i didnt ride my bike one bit but i did ride some raging rapid and managed to get really beat up in the process. i spent 2 hours lacing my new hub up without a truing stand it came out super legit! So, Ron and I went and rode tulane street and did some of these..

it was awesome and rails are fun!


Fatslane still has Bike Night every thursday night till about midnight so evryone should come out. James is in the process of putting up 3 really REALLY bright lights that are super legit. he has only put up one so far and it is rediculous how much of a difference one light makes. COME CHECK IT OUT!!


And last but not least, Shane has been working hard to get his skatepark, X-plex, up and running and it is coming to together very nicely!! form my understanding is in springfield, LA(not far from NOLA or BRLA) check out the website, www.xplex.org or CLICK HERE. here are some picture that my buddy Adam took of the place

Shane is a super super nice guy and a big supporter of any kind of bicycling. Everyone should keep thier eyes peeled for a GRAND OPENING of his park soon!!

Well, I'm going to go watch The Last King of Scottland and probably wish i was watching Transformers again instead. goodnight to all and to all a goodnight!
