Jon and I are moving out within the next month, so our rooms in the Iowa St. house (the house with the ramp in the backyard AKA The Majestic Thrillseeker) need to be occupied. Erik Stevenson is holding down the fort and he's a clean and very pleasant roommate to live with. Rent is $243/month plus utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internets) which are usually $50-60 a person (rent is roughly $300 a month). The house is a few blocks off LSU's campus.
