Jon keeping it fresh with his new TBC shirt and his New Era hat. Notice how Jon color coordinated his hat and his bracelet. Style for miles.

Tommy Manasco was nice enough to send a couple of pictures to me from the Spillway jumps. A group of riders from BR is still planning to head that way Sunday around noon and all are welcome to join in. I'll probably be bringing a BBQ pit out there so we can make a day of it.
There are a few rules set but they are pretty relaxed and self explanatory.
For those of you who haven't heard there are some dirt jumps built in the Bonne Carre Spillway outside of Norco, LA. I had been hearing about the jumps for quite some time now but hadn't gotten a chance to make it out there until Monday. The jumps look really fun and are in pretty good shape. There are 3 lines of varying sizes but the main middle line seems to be the one that gets ridden the most. I don't have any pics right now so if someone has a few please email them to me so I can post them (bmxman187(at)hotmail.com). A couple of the Baton Rouge riders will be heading out that way this Sunday around noon so if folks want to join the caravan just drop me an email at the above address. The jumps aren't too hard to find if you are familiar with the area and someone gives you the right directions (just kidding Tommy).

Lake View( an area next to the lake damaged by the storm) is completely trashed and abandoned. So Thomas and I went pool hunting hoping to find something good and hopefully rideable. Big houses= lots of pools. We found about 8 pools, 1 of them being drained by skaters. Thomas stood on the steps on the pool and (due to the wonderful humidity that is Louisiana) slipped into the pool! it was really funny but kind of sucked. Pools rule!
As it says in the guestbook, Savage South (www.savagesouth.com) is going to kick off in Baton Rouge, LA on December 26th. After that, the plan is to hit up Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and possibly some other places in Texas. The trip will end around January 2nd. As usual, it's going to be a pretty loose schedule. Rumor has it that Walter Pieringer (www.wpvp.com) is going to be covering the trip for Props.
TBC has a myspace and I know you do too so go add them. You can also check out the new shirts in the blog. www.myspace.com/terriblebuildingcrew
My personal favorite...
It was my birthday yesterday. I cheated death one more year and am now 19.
Here is a little interview with Victor Boutte (myspace.com/victorboutte). questions, photos, filming, editing: myspace.com/ootibilleaud
Where are you from and how'd you get into riding?
I was born beaufort, South Carolina
What is your favorite thing to ride and why?
Buck Nuttys… That’s where it all started
Top 5 riders?
Morgan Wade, Ryan Guttler, Scotty Cranmer, Chase Hawk, and Mike Spinner
Top 5 bands?
Lucero, As Cities Burn, Mortal Treason, Minus the Bear, and Explosions in the Sky
What else are you into besides BMX?
I like to photoshop here and there, but I’m a Huge movie fanatic.
Why are you better than me at 540s after only riding for a year?
Hahaha, lately that trick has been giving me a rough time but to answer your question. I believe in compeating with myself, which why I’m always trying to push myself as far as I can go.
Have females found you more attractive since you started riding a 20" bike?
Well I have to admit a lot of chicks think its hot.
Aren't you leaving Lafayette soon? Tell me about that.
Yeah, I’m going to military school In Feburary and when I get out. Who knows? But as of now I wanna kill it as much as possible.
Anything else?
Yes, I would like to thank Ooti, Todd, Damon the most for inspireing me to ride my bike. I love riding with the people down here in Louisiana. I’d like to mention Tyler, Trae, Jeff, Skip, Derek, Pete, and Jake as well. It never gets old riding with you guys.
Thanks Victor.

Well boys I have done it again. For the fourth year in a row I launched a new Louisiana BMX Web site on my birthday. So happy 24th to me. Hope you all enjoy the new look.
Quick update of what's going on with me these days out in sunny So Cal... - I recently sold a handful of photos to Offline Magazine in Hungary of Terry Adams so you can expect to see a ten-page interview with him in there by Christmas. - Went on the Road Fools Rock N' Roll Tour and put daily coverage from the trip on the Ride site. The trip was amazing. Buy the DVD when it drops and look for magazine coverage in early January. - As soon as I got back from Road Fools I spent four days in the office working overtime trying to catch up. - Then I flew to Louisiana for six days for the Thanksgiving holidays. Good times but not enough time to see everyone. Didn't even bring my bike or camera gear. - The day I got back I went to Mike Saavedra's jam in Riverside. Good times there. - This past Thursday I went to the Arby's Action Sports Awards in Hollywood where I shot red carpet photos of celebrities like Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, Andrew Dice Clay, Tom Green, Steve-O, X-Zibit and more. It was a completely wild scene. - Friday night we had our TransWorld company Christmas party. I didn't win anything but it was fun. - Saturday I rode with like 20 dudes at the Santa Ana Civic Center banks including the entire Sunday team, Rob-O and a bunch of others. Then I went to a party at the "E-21 Clothing House" here in Orange County and had a joint birthday party with James Foster. - In about 7 hours (that'll be 10AM on Sunday) there is an MTV crew coming film me for a new show pilot called scar stories. They are going to feature my skull fracture crash. - And now as it is nearly 3AM I'm ready for bed... See you at the BR stop of the Savage South Tour!
- Fat
